When a customer holds or taps their phone on the card, a link pops up at the top of their screen. They click it and go straight to your Google Review form, where they can choose a star rating and write their review — all in seconds.

After great service, simply hand customers our NFC Google review card. With a quick phone tap, just like tap-and-go payments they’ll get a link to leave their review instantly.
Tap review link
When their phone connects with the NFC chip in the card, a notification appears at the top of their screen.
With a single tap of this notification/link, they’re taken straight to your Google review form.
Note: They may need to unlock their phone before it opens the review form
Leave review
Once the Google review form is open, your customer selects a star rating, writes & submits the review. If they’re not signed into their Google account, Google will prompt them first.
Once posted, the review appears instantly on your Google profile.
That’s it, you now have a new review!
